TruckX Fleet management platform — a UX case study

TruckX is an IoT Platform for mid-size fleet management company. It provides ELD Compliance, Dashcam, Asset Tracking, Sensors of all the assets owned by a fleet company — in one platform. When I joined the company, the average assets per partner was around 15. I was hired to scale the platfrom so it can cater more than 100 assets as well as country-level operations. The goal was to make it enterprise SaaS platform.


Stakeholder & User Interviews

To understand the tech feasibility & business needs, I conducted the workshop session with tech, CSM & Product Leads. Later I interviewed some of the customer POCs to haver a better understanding of their needs and pain points.

In the current system, it is very hard to find asset location and there is no way you can overview multiple assets in one glance
